Clickbank is a great way to collect payment for digital products and run an affiliate program at the same time without all the hasstle of adminstration and mailing out commission checks. But Clickbank has one flaw that is costing you money.

If you sell more than one product, the clickbank system only allows you to direct potential customers to a single page. That makes it very hard to run good advertisements because you have to either decide which product page to link directly to, or do a showcase page with all your products on it.

Your potential affiliates know this too.

Good affiliates are hard to find. If you look at your statistics at the moment, I'd bet that most of the sales come from just a handful of affiliates. And the better affiliate marketers out there don't like promoting Clickbank processed products for two main reasons.

1) If you have two or more products, they can't direct visitors to the specific sales page for the product they want to promote.

2) Many of the best affiliates would like to write their own sales copy or make the sales page look like their own web site.

But there is a way of totally overcoming the 1st problem and at the same time you can enable them to write their own sales copy, take orders direct from their site but through your order processing screen.

The Direct Affiliate Linker Script...

Not a fancy or catchy name eh? But this script doesn't need one.

What you get is an easy to install Perl script. Now don't worry if you've never installed a script before, we can install it for you, although the instructions are easy to follow.

Once installed, it is fully configuable from your web browser and is so easy to set-up that even my computer illiterate mother-in-law managed it during testing (and she is hopeless on computers). You'll have the whole thing set-up and configured within 15 minutes of downloading the script - it's that easy.

Once set-up, you simply advertise the new way of linking to your products. If anyone uses the hoplink in the normal way, it will just direct them to the first product on your list. Your affiliates will still use hoplinks, but with one slight adjustment.

For example: http://hop.clickbank.net/?AffiliateID/yourclickbankid&p=3 - would take them to the sales page for the 3rd product on your list.

And if your affiliate wanted to write their own sales copy for the 2nd product on your list, they could do so and make links direct to the order page by using : http://hop.clickbank.net/?AffiliateID/yourclickbankid&p=2&op=y
